The playhouse was our original foundation and we've been able to add the hands-on history room. We've been able to get from the family some of the original furniture that was in the playhouse.

I've personally seen the great enjoyment my 3-year old granddaughter has gotten from playing in this area. It's important for a museum to have things that kids feel comfortable touching.
