Brittany Keegan
Curator of Exhibits and Collections
As Curator, Brittany is all about the stuff. She identifies new artifacts for the collection, preserves existing collections, and plans exhibits that bring visitors face-to-face with our community’s history. She enjoys leafing through historic newspapers (Did you know Rhode Island Street was home to an ice cream vendor turf war in 1917?!) and using artifacts to connect to life in the past (bathing suits used to be made of wool. Imagine the smell). Brittany’s overall goals are to provide visitors with at least three fun facts per exhibit and to convince everyone that our building isn’t haunted (because it’s not haunted).
