Help the Oak Hill Cemetery Committee cleanup historic Oak Hill cemetery by picking up sticks and trash, and raking leaves. Please bring your own rakes, gloves, and hand rakes. Bags will be provided. Dress accordingly and please bring water.

About the Oak Hill Cemetery Committee:

In 2022, the Douglas County Historical Society, which manages the Watkins Museum of History, joined with Friends of Oak Hill Cemetery to create the Oak Hill Cemetery Committee. Now a standing committee of the Douglas County Historical Society Board of Directors, the group is dedicated to creating a legacy of care, preservation, and community support for Oak Hill Cemetery.
